Evaluation of the Synergistic Effects of Aloe vera (L.) and Vitis vinifera L. Seed Extracts on Skin Regeneration and Antioxidant Activity

Abstract: To formulating an herbal cream utilizing Aloe Vera gel and Grape seed extracts appears to have yielded a promising formulation with various beneficial properties for skin health. Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) is a master regulatory protein involved in oxidative stress signalling. A unique, proprietary grape seed extract termed Activated Grape Seed Extract (AGSE), abundant in PP2A-activating flavonoids, was recently produced and shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. AGSE is a purple powder with low solubility, limiting its usage in a wide range of compositions. Our goal was to create a formulation that lowered the color and enhanced the solubility of AGSE, allowing its skin-health-enhancing characteristics to be used in a broader range of goods, and to test it clinically. The properties which determine a product's quality and usability are the characteristics that were identified all through the evaluation: the cream's appearance, pH levels, viscosity, and stability without phase separation. Moreover, the lack of erythema, redness, or irritation throughout tests points to the formulation's skin-friendly qualities. The antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and antioxidant properties of grape seed (Vitis Vinifera) and aloe vera have been extensively researched, making them appropriate ingredients for skincare products. As shown by investigations, a stable herbal cream with a lot of prospects for safe and effective skin application has been safely developed. The good results of this formulation unlock up opportunities for possible future skincare applications and may assist in the development of safe and efficient skin care products
