DNA Recovery in Herbicide-Impacted Tropical Soils

Authors: Marco Aurélio Pessoa-de-Souza, Hugo Delleon da Silva, Virginia Damin Description:This dataset includes qPCR quantification values of plasmid DNA recovery in four tropical soils (Acrudox, Ustox, Aquoll, Psamment) under application of three herbicides (Diclosulam, Sulfentrazone, Oxyfluorfen) and a water control. The data were collected from the vadose zone during the dry season (0.20–0.40 m depth). Soil physical, chemical, and mineralogical properties are provided to allow multivariate analysis (RDA and PCA), along with model outputs for GLM analysis of edaphic factor effects. Contents:- Data_File_1: Raw DNA recovery values (ng/μL) for each replicate.- Data_File_2: Soil properties used in ordination (pH, SOM, clay, CEC, etc.)- Data_File_3: Site scores and eigenvectors from RDA.- Data_File_4: Coefficients and confidence intervals from GLM model.- Data_File_5: PCA outputs for visual clustering.- /scripts: R scripts used for all multivariate analyses.- /figures: High-resolution figures used in the manuscript.
