ADAPTATION AND VALIDATION OF THE RUSSIAN VERSION OF THE COPENHAGEN BURNOUT INVENTORY FOR CENTRAL ASIAN NURSES

Objectives: This study aimed to validate the Russian version of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (RCBI) among nurses in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and explored factors contributing to burnout.
