MECHANICAL METHODS FOR ELIMINATING MICROCRACKS IN SOLAR PANELS: EFFICIENCY AND TECHNOLOGICAL POSSIBILITIES
This article explores the occurrence of microcracks in solar panels and methods for eliminating them through mechanical techniques. Microscopic cracks can reduce the efficiency of photovoltaic cells, so technologies for eliminating them, including pressing, polishing, and laser technologies, are discussed. The article evaluates the effectiveness and technical possibilities of each technology. It also presents analyses based on mathematical models in the process of crack restoration and approaches aimed at improving process efficiency.
