ETHICS AND AI IN THE LABOR INCLUSION OF AUTISTIC PEOPLE: CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES
This research explores the ethics of artificial intelligence (AI) in the labor inclusion of autistic people, addressing issues such as privacy, algorithmic discrimination and equitable access to employment. The study analyzes the ethical challenges of AI in the inclusive workplace and proposes guidelines for responsible implementation. Using the giftedean neoperspectivist paradigm, the hypothetical-deductive method and a Narrative Literature and Documentary Review (NBDR), the research contributes by exploring the coexistence of different ethical perspectives in the application of AI. The main findings reinforce the importance of integrated public policies to maximize the benefits of AI. Gaps include the lack of robust empirical studies on the impact of AI for autistic people in the workplace.
