INTEGRATION OF DIGITALIZATION AND AUTOMATION AS SIGNIFICANT IN-STRUMENT FOR MANAGING MEDICAL LABORATORY

Abstract The process of informatization of health care in Kazakhstan is not progressing as fast as desired, as evidenced by the low level of use of information technology in medical institutions at the regional level. There is also a delay in the use and implementation of new technologies and services to improve the quality of medical services. Research directly aimed at showing how digitalization and automation of management processes in healthcare organizations can be can be effectively possessed. Specifically, it is significant to medical laboratories that collaborate with patient data, which should be transformed as information for healthcare organizations who directly give a first help for patients.
