Effects of glacial forcing on lithospheric motion and ridge spreading

The scripts to make all the figures can be found in scripts_making_figures.tar.gz. The data used in plotting scripts are described in each script and can be found in either Analysis_Final_Data_v4.tar.gz, Data.tar.gz, or download_from_ncar.tar.gz. Plotting scripts require GMT6+ or PyGMT installed. The file download_from_ncar.tar.gz includes the displacement rates and strain rates for all cases presented in the paper, which are generated by running CitcomSVE 3.0 using input files in inputfiles_for_sve.tar.gz and postprocessed by scripts in citcomsve-3_postprocess.tar.gz. The postprocesses involve interpolating results from irregular grids used in CitcomSVE-3.0 to regular grids (half degrees usually) using GMT6's near-neighbor routines. The file Analysis_Final_Data_v4.tar.gz includes all the postprocessing scripts used to analyze the results. The code CitcomSVE 3.0 can be downloaded from GitHub (https://github.com/shjzhong/CitcomSVE/tree/CitcomSVE-3.0) with user manuals and examples. Questions on using those data or scripts can be emailed to [email protected]. Questions on using CitcomSVE 3.0 can be emailed to [email protected] or [email protected].
