Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within fkeck/gpt_interactions hash://md5/6ab96fb8094c1e5bcc71e68e32321d54
Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named fkeck/gpt_interactions, has fingerprint hash://md5/6ab96fb8094c1e5bcc71e68e32321d54, is 231MiB in size and contains 1,321,382 interactions with 16 unique types of associations (e.g., pathogenOf) between 28,253 primary taxa (e.g., Eukaryota) and 26,857 associated taxa (e.g., Eukaryota). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
