SYSTEMIC IMM,UNE INFLAMATION INDEX AS A PREDICTOR OF SEVERITY IN ACUTE ISCHEMIC STROKE
stroke is still a major worldwide health issue, especially in countries with low and medium incomes. The majority of the subtypes are acute ischemic strokes (AIS), which are linked to significant morbidity and mortality. The Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index is determined by counting neutrophils, lymphocytes, and platelets which has recently become a promising biomarker for prognostic assessment in a number of illnesses, including stroke.
