FEATURES AND SIGNIFICANCE OF MEASUREMENTS DURING GEODETIC SURVEY OF LAND PLOTS
The article discusses a comprehensive assessment of land plots for construction, which requires a number of engineering examinations. This process covers various types of research, including geodetic, geological, environmental and hydrometeorological work, as well as studying the condition of existing buildings. The main objective of these activities is to collect the most comprehensive information about the site and the objects located on it. Design in construction involves the development of a complete set of design documents, including visual materials and calculations for the buildings, structures and utility networks being created. All design solutions are based on data obtained during engineering research. In other words, research provides designers with comprehensive information about the state of the territory. Geodetic work plays a key role at all stages of the construction process, from the research stage to the period after the completion of construction.
