VIRTUAL REALITY: A NEW SPACE FOR ARTISTIC EXPRESSION

The article explores the impact of virtual reality (VR) on the development of contemporary art, as well as the opportunities it opens up for artists as a new space for creative expression. The article analyses the main technological tools of VR that allow creating three-dimensional compositions, interactive installations and multimedia works. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of the viewer with the artwork in virtual spaces, which provides new forms of interaction and perception. The highlighted prospects for the development of VR in art allow us to assess its role in creating innovative forms of artistic expression and forming new artistic languages in the future.
