<p>The article focuses on the problem of the emergence of emotional burnout syndrome both among students in the process of university training and among preschool teachers. That one of the ways of prevention of this syndrome is continuous spiritual and moral development of students and teachers of preschool education. The article presents the experience of work with students on the prevention of emotional burnout syndrome using film art, which has a powerful educational and spiritual potential.</p>
