Noncommutative Geometry and Cohomological Structures in Nucleonic Topological Systems

This study establishes a formalism for incorporating a nuclear spin operator \(\Sigma\) into noncommutative geometry frameworks and generalized cohomology. Under \(\Sigma\)-preserving deformations, index-theoretic and K-theoretic invariants, including twisted and equivariant variants, remain stable. We show how \(\Sigma\)-graded systems unify differential-geometric, operator-algebraic, and topological methods (e.g., twisted K-theory, Floer homology, and modular forms) for classifying nuclear topological phases. The main results demonstrate that the presence of \(\Sigma\) refines local index formulas, drives new factorizations in spectral actions, and yields comprehensive classification by universal cohomological techniques.
