GeoAI-Territory: Open-source Toolkit for AI-assisted Geospatial Planning
GeoAI-Territory is an open-source toolkit designed to support spatial planning and decision-making using UAV photogrammetry, GIS technologies, and large language models (LLMs). The toolkit enables automation of land use assessment, ecological zoning, cadastral analysis, and predictive geospatial modeling. The project promotes sustainable territorial development, making spatial data analysis more accessible through open science principles. This publication presents the core structure of the platform, key use cases, and opportunities for integration with national and international geoinformation systems.
