INTERACTION OF PbTe WITH OXYGEN

The conductivity of thin layers of lead telluride on the (0001) surfaces of lithium niobate during growth processes has been investigated. It has been shown that the magnitude and type of conductivity depend on the condensation rate, which is related to the dissolution of oxygen molecules in the layer.
