Enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat and barley straw with the preparation of cellulases of the fungus Irpex lacteus (Fr.) Fr.

In laboratory conditions, the possibility of enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat and barley straw with the preparation of cellulases of the strain Irpex lacteus (Fr.) Fr. 2434 has been shown. Optimal conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis of both wheat and barley straw have been determined. The effectiveness of using an enzyme preparation of fungal cellulases at a dosage of 10 mg/g of substrate has been shown.
