Progress monitoring is a powerful tool in fostering this competence, as it provides continuous feedback that supports the development of sociocultural awareness, language skills, and intercultural understanding. This article explores the integration of progress monitoring practices into primary school curricula to enhance sociocultural competence, highlighting effective strategies and their impact. By examining existing literature and practical applications, this study demonstrates how monitoring can be tailored to meet the developmental needs of young learners while promoting inclusivity and global awareness.
