DRIVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH MODERN MANAGEMENT: ENHANCING ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE AND IMPACT IN UZBEKISTAN
This study applies modern management theories to Uzbekistan's sustainable growth, focusing on sustainable business models, agile governance, and sustainable software engineering. It shows how these ideas promote economic growth, environmental preservation, and social equality in Uzbekistan's unique socio-economic and environmental milieu. Modern management practises positively correlate with sustainable development indices, demonstrating their major impact on economic advancement, environmental sustainability, and social equity, according to quantitative study. Uzbekistan's sustainability agenda may benefit from global sustainable development models like the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which the paper evaluates. Limited access to technology, legal restrictions, and the requirement for sustainability practice capacity building hinder the full potential of modern management theories. Comparative analysis with similar transitioning economies can reveal Uzbekistan's management practices' sustainability effectiveness and identify context-specific measures to improve sustainability. The report finishes with focused recommendations for governments, corporate leaders, and stakeholders to solve difficulties and use current management theories for sustainable growth. This study adds to sustainable development by showing how modern management ideas can be adapted to transitioning economies like Uzbekistan. It lays the groundwork for future study to improve and apply these theories to global sustainable development.
