THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY IN TEACHING ENGLISH VOCABULARY

This article explores the role of technology in teaching English vocabulary, focusing on mobile applications, interactive platforms, and digital tools that facilitate language acquisition. The study uses a quasi-experimental design to compare traditional instruction with technology-enhanced learning among ESL students. Results show significant improvements in vocabulary retention and learner motivation when digital tools are employed. The findings suggest that integrating technology into vocabulary instruction enhances both effectiveness and engagement.
