VirtuTry: AI-Powered Virtual Outfit Try-On System
The Virtual Try-On System is an image-based solution that enables seamless integration of in-shop clothing onto a user’s image without relying on 3D modelling. Utilizing a coarse-to-fine strategy, the system generates a synthesized image where the target clothing item is overlaid on the user while preserving the person’s pose and attributes. It refines the clothing area to maintain key details such as texture, logos, and embroidery, ensuring a photo-realistic result. The solution addresses spatial misalignment challenges using a Geometric Matching Module (GMM) to accurately transform clothing into the user’s body shape. It further enhances realism by blending warped clothes with the rendered image to produce smooth, artifact-free results. Designed to enhance customer engagement, reduce return rates, and provide a personalized shopping experience, the Virtual Try-On System bridges the gap between physical and digital retail, showcasing the potential of technology to transform e-commerce into an interactive and immersive platform.
