WP6 D6.7 GREENGAGE based Citizen Observatory: White Book for PAs v1

This report presents initial lessons learned from GREENGAGE activities and make recommendations for public authorities (PAs). It focuses on various dimensions which can play critical role in designing and managing citizen observatories. These dimensions include but are not limited to methodological framework, tools, Copernicus & in-situ data usage and validation, piloting, governance, evaluation and impact assessment. As piloting, governance, tools adaptation, evaluation and impact assessment activities are still running, this white book will be a living document, and these early lessons will be updated in the second and final version of the deliverable (D6.8) in Month 36.
