SMART CHAIN EMPOWERMENT: A BLUEPRINT FOR ENTERPRISE WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS INNOVATION

Abstract At present, the wave of digitalization and fierce competition make the logistics system of wholesale enterprises opportunities and challenges coexist. Traditional logistics is low efficiency, information lag, high cost, innovation is imperative. This study directly hits the pain points of the industry, and deeply explores the potential of smart logistics and supply chain integration. First, analyze the current situation of wholesale logistics, points out the problems such as disorderly storage, poor distribution time, poor coordination, and reveal the disadvantages of traditional mode; the concept of "wisdom chain" is introduced to detail the application of big data, Internet of Things and block chain: big data for demand prediction, inventory optimization, tracking of goods, and guarantee information and traceability of block chain. It also gives an innovation blueprint, covering intelligent warehousing, algorithm planning and distribution, and building a collaborative platform, so as to reduce costs, reduce delivery cycles, improve satisfaction, and strengthen competitiveness. At the end of the article, we attach cases to share practical experience, to help enterprises grasp the opportunity of "intelligent chain" and create intelligent logistics.
