An Integrated Approach of IOT with Hydroponics for Plant Growth

Hydroponics is an innovative method of growing plants without soil, using nutrient-rich water solutions to optimize plant growth. This paper presents an IoT-based automated hydroponics system that integrates microcontrollers, sensors, and cloud-based monitoring for precise control of environmental conditions. The system utilizes ATmega328 and ESP8266 microcontrollers, along with various sensors to monitor parameters such as water level, pH, humidity, and temperature. By implementing IoT technology, real-time data collection and automation are achieved, reducing manual intervention and enhancing crop yield. The experimental results demonstrate improved plant growth efficiency, water conservation, and scalability for urban and commercial farming applications.
