Raw data for manuscript A. Meinhardt et al., A pathway towards sub-10 nm surface nanostructures utilizing block copolymer crystallization control

The compressed subfolders contain the complete set of raw atomic force microscopy (AFM) images, from which the figures corresponding to the subfolder names in the main manuscript file (Figure 1, Figure 4, Figure 5, Figure 6) as well as in the supporting information (Figure S2, Figure S3, Figure S4) are compiled. Each raw AFM data file contains i) the topographic height sensor image, ii) the amplitude error image, and iii) the phase image. The raw AFM data & name convention was chosen as listed below: 1. Date. 2. Sample name. 3. Temperature (e.g., '80C') or state (e.g., 'annealed') and/or size (e.g., 'large', 'small'). 4. A specific numeric index at the end, corresponding to the order of the recorded SPM files (e.g., '0_00000', '0_00001', ..., '0_00095'). Further details on the sample preparation and sample history for each AFM data set, and detailed measurement conditions can be inferred from the manuscript, the supplementary information and the Figure captions.
