EJP Soil - EnergyLink: Deliverable D4.1 Microbiome analyses and Data

In this report, the dataset collected in the framework of Task 4.1 (Microbiome diversity profiling and biomass) of the EnergyLink project is described. Soil microbial diversity has been measured by amplicon sequencing for six sites. Soil biomass has been measured by PLFAs for six sites. The assessment of microarthropods diversity has been described for the Spanish and Slovenian site. The methodology and the dataset,are provided according to the data management plan.
