Summary/Abstract: The Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs regulates the relationships between directors and business entities. However, the law only deals with commercial aspects of the relationship, and social rights such as a paid vacation, parental leave, and non discrimination treatment are out of the legal arrangement. Consequently, one of the curtail issues in Georgian company law is the subject of whether directors of a company can exercise these aforementioned rights, and other basic social guarantees defined by the labor legislation and how EU law can influence Georgian corporate law relationships.
