IMPROVEMENT OF THE CPI SYSTEM IN COMMERCIAL BANKS OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the current state of the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system in commercial banks of Uzbekistan, ways to improve it and international experiences. According to the results of the study, recommendations have been developed to modernize the existing KPI system and increase the effectiveness of bank employees.
