ShiNyP: An Interactive Shiny-Based Platform for Genome-Wide SNP Analysis and Visualization
ShiNyP is a platform designed for real-time processing, analysis, and visualization of genome-wide SNP datasets. For more information, please refer to our ShiNyP User Guide. The following outputs from ShiNyP are provided as three ZIP folders, containing both raw and processed datasets used in our study: Case Studies Datasets (Wild Rice).zip Based on 446 samples and 221K SNPs. Data sourced from: Oryza Genome Database. Case Studies Datasets (HGDP).zip Based on 929 samples and 87K SNPs. Data sourced from: PLINK Resources. Demo Dataset (Wildrice_13k_446).zip Based on a subset dataset with 446 samples and 13K core SNPs. Data sourced from: Oryza Genome Database.
