Experimental Proposal for Testing the Structured Energy Return (SER) Model in Quantum Systems

This document presents an experimental proposal to test the Structured Energy Return (SER) model, a feedback-based mechanism aimed at mitigating quantum decoherence. The proposal outlines three experimental platforms for SER validation: (1) superconducting qubits in circuit QED, (2) trapped ion qubits in a Paul trap, and (3) neutral atom arrays with Rydberg excitations. Each approach details the required setup, governing Hamiltonians, feedback control mechanisms, observables, and expected outcomes. The proposed experiments aim to determine whether SER can sustain quantum coherence and reshape entropy evolution in open quantum systems. If successful, SER feedback could provide a novel tool for quantum error mitigation.
