The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the main law of the state, which guarantees a wide range of rights and freedoms of citizens, including labor rights. Labor rights are an integral part of human social rights, ensuring decent working conditions, fair wages and social protection of employees. This article describes in detail the expression of the labor rights of citizens in the constitutional norms.
