THE AZERBAIJAN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC IN SECRET INTELLIGENCE TELEGRAPHS SENT FROM BAKU TO LONDON

Abstract In the article, the establishment of the Azerbaijan People's Republic, which is considered the first parliamentary republic of Azerbaijan, and the military and political issues that took place during this period were extensively researhced. The Azerbaijan Democratic Republic has left deep traces not only in the history of Azerbaijan, but also in the history of the Turkish world with its successful policy and proud steps taken for independence and statehood. As a result of the correct domestic and foreign policy conducted during the period of activity of the Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, it created the basis for the creation of today's independent state of Azerbaijan. In the article, the events that took place during the establishment of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic were widely covered, the Centrocaspian Dictatorship period was analyzed, and the British plans for Baku were approached from a new angle based on our archival research and the found secret intelligence correspondence between Baku and London.
