Phytosynthesis Of Silver Nanoparticles Using Saraca asoca (Roxb.) de Wilde Leaf And Bark Extract And Evaluation Of Their Anti Bacterial Activities
Abstract: In this Day and age, the synthesis of metal and semiconductor nanoparticles is a vast area of research due to its possible applications which was implemented in the development of novel technologies. In medicines, silver and silver nanoparticles have an ample application including skin ointments and creams containing silver to prevent infection of burns and open wounds, medical devices and implants prepared with silver-impregnated polymers [1]. Our research designed to synthesis and characterization of silver nanoparticles from S. asoca bark and leaf extract and to evaluate the antibacterial activity of this plant.
