ORGANIZATION THE INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS IN GENERAL PHYSICS UNDER CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENTAL EDUCATION (USING THE EXAMPLE OF TEACHING THE SECTION "OPTICS")
