OSTrails: planear, monitorizar e avaliar vias para a ciência aberta

This poster aims to present an overview of OSTrails project activities, which aims to help improve the processes and instruments for planning, monitoring and evaluating research results, based on the interconnectivity between three pillars of this project: i) Scientific Knowledge Graphs, ii) FAIR Assessment, iii) Data Management Plans.
