Abstract

Uzbekistan’s industrial sector is undergoing rapid modernization, driven by the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies. This study explores the implementation of hybrid processing and AI-based optimization to enhance industrial efficiency, reduce dependence on imported components, and improve sustainability. Hybrid processing integrates additive, subtractive, and forming techniques to optimize material utilization, enhance mechanical properties, and reduce production costs. AI-driven automation, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring improve manufacturing precision and operational reliability. Case studies from Uzbekistan’s aerospace, automotive, and mining industries highlight the benefits of hybrid manufacturing and AI integration. The findings demonstrate that AI-optimized hybrid processing enhances production efficiency, reduces waste, and supports sustainable economic growth in Uzbekistan’s industrial landscape.
