This study presents a comprehensive analysis of PJSC "Pharmaceutical Factory "VIOLA", outlining its organizational structure and operational scope. An integrated management system aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 22000 standards was developed and implemented. The study proposes specific measures for enhancing quality management practices based on a detailed process model of the enterprise. The findings of this research can be leveraged to optimize production processes, elevate product quality, and bolster the competitiveness of pharmaceutical companies
