Institutional support and stimulation of innovative development of the construction industry of Ukraine

The subject of the research is the direction of institutional support and innovative development of theconstruction industry of Ukraine, in particular the introduction of new technologies and energy–saving solutionsin the construction process, as well as state support and incentives for the modernization of this area. The aim of the research is to analyze the role of institutional support and mechanisms for stimulatinginnovative development of the construction industry of Ukraine, as well as to determine the impact ofstate, regional and private initiatives on the modernization and increase of the competitiveness of theindustry. The research methods include an analysis of scientific literature to identify theoretical aspectsof the topic and a comparative analysis of different approaches to solving the tasks. In addition, information synthesis methods are used to generalize the results and formulate conclusions. The results of the work show that the introduction of energy–efficient solutions and environmentallyfriendly technologies allows to significantly reduce the costs of construction and operation of buildings, while simultaneously reducing the negative impact on the environment. Stimulating innovation inconstruction through government support and investment contributes to improving the quality ofconstruction projects, increasing the competitiveness of the industry and creating favorable conditionsfor sustainable development.Scope of the results. The results of the study can be applied in the construction industry to optimizethe design and construction of energy–efficient and environmentally sustainable buildings. They canalso be used by government agencies to develop policies aimed at supporting green technologies andinvestments in the construction sector.Conclusions. The study showed the importance of integrating energy–efficient technologies intothe construction industry to reduce energy costs and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It wasfound that the use of modern building materials and technologies significantly improves the overallenvironmental situation in cities. In general, supporting innovation in construction can contribute tosustainable development and conservation of natural resources.
