INTEGRATING VR/AR AND AI TO EDUCATION WITH AN EMPHASIS ON HOW A VERTICAL SCHOOL CAN SUPPORT THESE METHODS

The rapid urbanization of cities like Tashkent, Uzbekistan, coupled with the global shift toward innovative and intensive teaching methods, necessitates a reimagining of educational spaces. This research explores the potential of vertical schools as a solution to spatial constraints while enhancing modern pedagogical approaches. This study examines how its architectural features—flexible learning spaces, open-air terraces, soundproofed rooms, and functionally zoned areas—support innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning, flipped classrooms, and technology-driven education, as well as intensive methods like block scheduling and immersive programs. A key emphasis is placed on the integration of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) across diverse educational tracks, including medical, architectural, and IT schools, to facilitate experiential and personalized learning. By analyzing global case studies, educational research, and local contextual factors, this study demonstrates how Vertical school can serve as a model for future schools in Uzbekistan, fostering an environment that not only optimizes space but also revolutionizes education through innovation, technology, and student-centered design.
