PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE IFBA INTEGRATED HIGH SCHOOL AT IFBA: INTERFACES OF THE COLLABORATIVE CONSTRUCTION OF A REFERENTIAL CURRICULUM DOCUMENT

In this article, we seek to present the result of the collaborative construction of a reference curriculum document (DCR) for Physical Education (PE) in integrated secondary education (EMI) of the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Bahia (IFBA), as a result of a Professional Master's research to the Degree in Education at the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC). A collaborative research was carried out, through three meetings via videoconference with 10 teachers from 7 campuses of the institution, with the purpose of collaboratively building a DCR for PE that contributes to the pedagogical work of teachers and allows strengthening the pedagogical legitimacy of this curricular component. The results of this research showed that the formative meetings contribute to the reflection process of the teaching practice. It is evident the importance of time and space for sharing knowledge and professional development, in addition to the need for the institution to promote training meetings between PE teachers that reflects the structuring aspects of the IFBA Institutional Pedagogical Project (PPI). From this, the focus of the DCR proposal was the organization and systematization of PE content for the EMI, having as guiding questions the reflections brought from the analyzed training meetings.
