JAISH AL-ADL: AN ANALYSIS OF ITS ACTIVITIES, IDEOLOGY, AND IMPACT ON IRAN'S NATIONAL SECURITY
Abstract In this article, the author analyzes the activities, ideology, and impact of the Jaish al-Adl group on Iran's national security, examining its growing role in the region and the threats it poses to the stability of the state. The historical and political background of Baloch separatism is discussed, including the ethnic and religious tensions that contribute to rising tensions in the region. The author analyzes the ethno-political specifics of the Balochistan region, where interactions between ethnic, religious, and political factors promote the radicalization of the Baloch movement. An essential part of the study is also the analysis of the Iranian authorities' actions toward ethno-religious minorities. Special attention is paid to the impact of this policy on Iran's internal stability and the dynamics of conflicts in the region. The author concludes that the activities of Jaish al-Adl pose a serious threat to Iran's national security, strengthening existing social and political divisions, which have negative consequences for the region's stability and influence the broader geopolitical context.
