Dear ET: An Active Philosophy Educational Workshop

Would you send a message to an alien if given the chance? If so, what would you say? Is there someone you wouldn’t want sending intentional messages to potential aliens? Why not? Here we will discuss big questions with big implications for the human race as we debut our educational curriculum proposal, Dear ET. Dear ET guides student groups and communities to debate the risks and rewards of intentional messaging and ultimately constructing a message to send to another group from across the globe in an act of cross-cultural communication.
