DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-FREQUENCY OSCILLATORY CIRCUIT SYSTEMS FOR PRECISE SIGNAL GENERATION IN ADVANCED ELECTRONICS AND INSTRUMENTATION APPLICATIONS
High-frequency oscillatory circuits (HFOCs) are critical components in advanced electronics and instrumentation systems due to their ability to generate precise and stable signals. These systems play pivotal roles in applications ranging from telecommunications to medical imaging and precision metrology. This paper presents a systematic review of the development of HFOCs, emphasizing innovations in circuit design, material advancements, and performance optimization. A detailed evaluation of prior literature highlights the significant strides in achieving higher operational frequencies, enhanced phase noise characteristics, and improved power efficiency. New circuit models for high-frequency signal generation are proposed based on state-of-the-art advancements. Experimental data validate the performance enhancements achieved through these proposed models.
