Determining effective indicators of the development of the national economy is an important task for the country. These indicators include parameters such as GDP per capita, unemployment rate, industrial production index, consumer price index, export and import volume, inflation rate, investment volume, etc. The analysis of these indicators enables the government to make informed decisions regarding the economic development policy, attracting investments and improving the standard of living of the population. The development of the national economy depends on the correct calculation and use of these indicators, which contribute to sustainable economic growth and increasing the country’s competitiveness. One of the key indicators of the development of the national economy is GDP – gross domestic product. This indicator determines the total volume of production of goods and services in the country for a certain period of time. GDP makes it possible to assess the level of economic development of the country, its potential for attracting investments and business development. Another important indicator is the unemployment rate. It indicates how effectively labor resources are used in the country’s economy. A high level of unemployment may indicate insufficient efficiency of the labor market, and a low level may indicate a country’s high competitiveness on the international market. Other important indicators of the development of the national economy include inflation, foreign trade, the level of investments and many others. All these indicators are key for analyzing the state of the country’s economy and making appropriate decisions regarding its further development.
