El papel de la crítica literaria en la contemporaneidad

In this article, I propose to organize into a set of four identities that can be collected from the productions of some literary scholars from the beginning of 2000 to the present, taking into account their areas of action and their methodologies: that of writers, that of archivists, that of ethnographers and that of managers. These four identities have been assumed in many contemporary productions simultaneously. They feed off each other, offering different strategies of theoretical-methodological-discursive intervention that aim to critically activate new coordinates of representation instead of remaining in the administration of the established. This article is written in response to a certain state of inertia that can be identified concerning some practices of literary studies. The gathering of these critical productions from this excerpt consists of a critical operation from which I intend to recognize, to value, and also rethink, the place of criticism in contemporary times.
