[Talk] Preserving Insights: Why Research Data Management Matters in BioImaging
Effective research data management (RDM) is essential for ensuring that scientific results based on bioimaging are sustainable and reproducible. As our understanding of complex biological data grows, data management must keep pace to prevent data loss, fragmentation, and accessibility issues. This talk will highlight how tools like OMERO ensure bioimaging data remains accessible and reusable for the long term.Presented at the guest seminar series of the Research Training Group 2737 - STRESSistance (Molecular mechanisms to preserve the functionality of membranes and compartments during stress conditions) at the RPTU Kaiserslautern on November 26, 2024.
