Face Reading and Its Empirical Validity: A Scientific Analysis
Face reading is often considered a pseudoscience. However, this study investigates whether measurable correlations exist between facial and cranial features and cognitive as well as motor abilities. Based on a sample of 300 athletes and 100 non-athletes from social professions, statistical analyses were conducted to identify significant patterns. ๐ Key Findings: A pronounced lower forehead is disproportionately more common among athletes who require quick reactions, strategic thinking, and visual anticipation. A pronounced upper forehead is more frequent among non-athletes, particularly in social and analytical professions. The results show a statistically significant correlation between certain physiognomic features and professional as well as athletic performance. This study provides initial empirical evidence suggesting that face reading can be validated through scientific methods.
