PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE ASSESSMENT OF THE ANTI-CORRUPTION INTEGRITY OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Based on the analysis of international standards and advanced foreign experience, the article examines the possibilities of applying a mechanism for verifying the integrity of civil servants in the Republic of Uzbekistan. On the basis of the study of the practice of foreign countries the main types of verification of the integrity of public officials are characterized and the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On anti-corruption verification of professional integrity” is proposed.
