Training Needs Inlight Of The Degree Of Awareness Of Modern Teaching Strategies And Their Application In University Teaching During The Corona Pandemic

This study aims to uncover modern teaching methods by University of Hail’s staff during the Corona Pandemic to identify the most important causatives and needs and barriersfrom their perspective.Also, the study aims to reveal individual differences (gender, academic rank, or experience) of statistical significance in the staff’s degree of use. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive and analytical methods on a sample of164faculty members. The researcher designed a five-axis questionnaire. The use of modern teaching strategies was found to be moderate, and the resultsindicated the importance of electronics and training on using modern teaching methods to improve university education outcomes. Perpetual university teaching directly impacts the educational process andimproves students. Gender, academic rank,years of experience in the field of university education and academic specialization did not variatetraining needs.
