RESPIRATORY INHIBITORS
Breathing inhibitors are substances that slow down or limit the activity of the respiratory system in the body to a certain extent. This type of medication is used to control breathing and treat potentially life-threatening illnesses. Respiratory inhibitors exist not only as drugs, but also in the form of some toxic substances and chemical compounds. Such substances affect processes such as gas exchange in the lungs, distribution of oxygen through the blood, and the release of carbon dioxide.
