WAYS TO ELIMINATE CORRUPTION IN MIGRATION REGULATION IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the problems of corruption in the management of migration processes in Uzbekistan and effective ways to eliminate them. Forms of corruption in the migration system, its negative effects and measures to be taken by the state are highlighted. The author suggests ways to fight corruption through digitalization, strengthening legislation, development of international cooperation and increasing legal literacy of migrants.
